When I first walked into this dealership, the staff were very welcoming and seemed nice, which gave me confidence in buying from them. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. The very next day after purchasing my car (a $40,000 vehicle), I noticed an issue with the rear bearing. When I reached out, they brushed me off, saying the car was “perfect” when they sold it and that any problems after were my responsibility.

Not even three months later, the car has developed transmission issues, and I’ve already had to replace the tires, brakes, and rotors — which makes no sense for such an expensive vehicle, even if it’s used. Their attitude went from friendly to dismissive the moment the sale was complete.

They clearly care only about the money and not about their customers’ experience or safety. I would strongly advise avoiding this dealership — don’t let the nice first impression fool you.
