Hi there! I am testing the waters in TRADING my beautiful 2007 Triumph Thruxton 900 in Tornado Red with white pinstriping. In its state, I would value this motorbike at $5,000. I am ONLY interested in trading for other motorcycles. I’m mostly hoping for a Bonneville or maybe a 748-type Ducati, but I will entertain other offers. I have owned this carbureted beauty since summer 2023 and have ridden it almost every day. It has been well-maintained and is in great condition for its age. The title and current registration are in my name, with tags due in April. The bike has around 13k miles on it, almost exclusively on the street. I ride very mellow; most riding was done in the lower revs with minimal hard acceleration. Unfortunately, it has been down at low speeds into some dirt with slight scraping to a few components, most obviously on the engine casing. No mechanical or otherwise damage was incurred. This bike has several aftermarket parts installed by previous owners to appear a bit more sporty, but it still functions the same as factory. Parts include a nice pair of Rizoma mirrors, pegs/pedals, tail tidy, etc. I reverted to stock exhaust last summer from drag pipes (effectively just dressed-up straight pipes) that came on the bike when I purchased it. I will be including a few miscellaneous parts like the drag exhaust, a seat, and shocks. Both tires are recent, installed by Triumph San Diego. There are a few things that could use repairing: the factory headlight bracket cracked and the current one affixed is slightly off-center (with headlight readjusted to still be facing forward), certain engine pieces could use polishing, and some assorted TLC to be showroom-worthy. All being said, it is still in great visual condition and is entirely mechanically and electrically-sound with ZERO issues in my ownership.
