Atwood Straight-tongue coupler bolts right onto your 3" wide trailer tongue, and its also designed for a variety of applications that include Bolt-On 3” Channel, Weld-On for 2” and 3” Channels and weld between use. It wraparound yoke latch catches to remain open so that you can hitch up your trailer, just position this straight-tongue coupler over your 2" ball. Lift the latch and pull back on it so that the yoke rests on the nose of the coupler. With the latch open, the clamp will clear the ball socket so you can easily lower the coupler onto the hitch ball. When the ball is fully in the socket, push the latch forward and down. The yoke will drop and snap closed once the coupler is attached. This strong coupler will easy secure over the ball.
