This was my still under warranty cadillac that had been giving me problems. She drives beautifully now and they even made her squeaky clean again! Though I would most likely never buy a cadillac from their cadillac dealer because of how the sales manager treated us for parking our EV in the EV spot, I will likely purchase my next vehicle here.

I worked with Devin to purchase a used Kia that I found online. Living in Tennessee and looking all over the internet for the right vehicle for my daughter was a big task. When I finally landed on the vehicle I wanted, I needed someone I could trust to test drive the car for me and give me a straight answer on the mechanical state. Devin could’ve taken that request for granted, but instead he took it seriously. He had a car shipper ready to assist and within a few days we were able to take possession of our vehicle. Pricing and paperwork were easy and handled all online. Highly recommend for a simple, smooth transaction.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Covert Chevrolet Hutto, and we can’t recommend Oscar Castillo enough! I just took our new car in Chevrolet service for warranty alignment. I was immediately told that since I waited til my appointment day, not the day it occurred, it would no longer be cover. When I questioned it, I was immediately told that there would be a diagnostic fee to check alignment. In addition to not refundable, I was immediately told and it will be at least 3 days to check it. I stated I'd be waiting. To be immediately told, we don't allow waiters either. I left, this was the 2nd experience like this and the last.  I went to Hewlett, it's being serviced and get this, there are people waiting in the lobby for their cars. What a concept. To the Covert Family, your run appears to have been too long and you have become comfortable. Your losing customers. Your sales team is great, but the follow through in service. HMMMM
