2005 Ford Ranger

This is a 2wd ranger 3.0 with 4.10 rearend. Single cab, automatic, alloy wheels x5, manual windows, 6disc CD. Runs and drives well, BUT the CE light is on, so it will not pass emissions for registration in Maricopa County. I never got around to diagnosing and fixing the issue since I got another ranger (older) from a friend , that has an ext cab, which is better for my job. The truck has been mostly unused for over a year, but I do still take it out to the store once in a while to keep it running/battery charged. It has no operational airbags since they were deployed when I had a seizure and hit a vehicle and a sign several yeas ago, I put a new bumper, radiator, and grille on after that, but there is still damage to the hood from the stop sign. Driverside of bed was backed into by a neighbor, so there's a good size dent, but it affects nothing other than aesthetics . Worst issue ATM is the AC not coming on and no change in airflow diversion despite where the knob is dialed to, it always seems to blow at feet and the windshield. I believe this is due to a bad control panel, so I have one to replace it, I just never did it since I'd gotten another truck. I'd love to just hold onto this truck, but I'm moving and will no longer have a place to store it.
