**ON HOLD WAITING FOR PICK UP** Purchased 6 or 7 years ago from C&B for $3k. The bottom cushions are memory foam and the backs are down filled. All covers are removable and machine washable and were all washed 3 months ago. There are no tears or stains and it is in like new condition. Smoke free, small dog friendly home. You haul but I can help load. It is bulky so you will need to bring at least one additional person to help load it. Comes apart in 2 pieces and there is a connector bracket that holds them together. I am only selling it due to a job relocation and I don’t want to have to pay to move it, otherwise it’s a great couch and I would keep it as it still has years of life.
