I Was Lied To and Left Stranded – Easy Auto Sales (AZ)

I purchased a 2016 Volvo CX T5 from Easy Auto Sales and it has been an absolute nightmare.

⚠️ The car ran out of gas as I was driving off the lot, and by the next day, the check engine light came on — clearly reset before the sale. When I called them, they told me it was “just a sensor” and promised nothing else was wrong. That was completely false.

Shortly after:

I had to pay for a valve job

The car began burning a quart of oil every week

I ended up stranded, with no compression in one cylinder

I’ve spent $3,500 already and now face another $3,300 in engine repair and the Catalytic Converter is starting to go out. So another big ticketed repair.

I’m in debt, emotionally drained, and stuck without a reliable car. Easy Auto Sales knew what they were doing. They sold me a lemon, lied, and then completely ignored me after the sale.

🚫 Do NOT trust Easy Auto Sales. They’re dishonest, deceptive, and leave people stranded with major repairs. I’m sick to my stomach over how they treated me. RUNNNNN! away and never look back!

I purchased a vehicle from here this past February. I drove it back to Las Vegas. I took it straight to the dealer to get checked out. No reason, I just wanted to have it checked out myself. The dealer told me that I got a really good car and deal. Almost 4 months later and the car still runs really good. I bought the car for my twin daughters to share. I paid cash for it and even with them just starting to drive, the car hasn’t given me any issues.

I was able to drive a couple of cars and make sure I got the right fit. It was also nice being able to come back when I had to leave and still get the same expectations services and deals. Eyob helped me throughout the process and was very sweet and straight forward with everything! I appreciate it!

We went because the prices were cheap but it doesnt say on the posts about their cars we went Ian was only one working.  He did everything and the price doubled when we said we wanted to finance.  Like always its the banks. Go knowing if its $3000 its really $6 grand
