Description

This lovely cabinet side table / nightstand / telephone table is pre-1950. Measures approximately 27” tall x 15” wide x 14” deep. The inside cabinet measures approximately 13” x 12 1/2.” Its fine quality is coupled with many wonderful features. The briar burlwood door of the cabinet face has a unique, irregular grain pattern that creates a rich depth in the wood. The door cabinet pull is original, however, I believe my Father replaced its original screws. Due to its age, the hardware has significant patina. The front legs have beautiful carvings at the feet and top sides and corners. No maker’s mark is evident. Perfect for next to a bed, chair, sofa etc. Provides a convenient surface and storage for everyday essentials. The overall condition is very good, however, there are some random areas with chips and scratches which have resulted in loss of stain. The top has some scratches and signs of use. The interior of the cabinet is clean with no issues. Cash only. Pickup in New Hyde Park, Nassau County, Long Island.
