•I believe this was once a lamp because of the hole in the back, but I display him on my buffet as decor. •Vintage, likely produced from an Atlantic Mold, possibly from the 1970s. •Ceramic, often referred to as chalkware. •The dark markings are not dirt, it’s the way the maker shaded the paint. •He has a chipped finger but barely noticeable unless really looking for it.
