We have this AC unit which appears to not have been used. We took it out of the box to test. It does get cold. Model # LW8024RSMY Has a remote as well. Did not see paperwork but it was to heavy for me to lift all the way out of box so could be under it. You can come take a look and purchase at out thrift shop in Tacoma.
