Description

Please Come See In Vehicle This Fits In! $990 In- Exact -Cash. $990 Firm. Will remove when unavailable. Detailed beautiful architectural salvage 1930s wrought iron panel, unique ornate paisley - look or spanish - style design with flowers and berries at the bottom, this design of ironwork is called Bird of Paradise, and dates back to the late 1800s. This is heavy heavy duty and will last multiple life times and til the end of time. 7 feet overall height including the little legs, 41"wide, that is not far from the dimensions of some residential doors - a little wider (5") and a little higher (4"). Antique vintage piece, immensely super heavy weighs over 100lbs, it's hard and very heavy to pry this back up from a flush to the ground position. I do not know what it's original application was; I'm guessing more than likely a porch panel it has a hole drilled all the way through at each end of the top, the top corners are open, the bottom of the legs are open/hollow they have dirt in them. Things this could be used for is a garden gate, porch gate, fence panel added to a wooden fence, garden trellis, porch beam/support, window grille, ornate iron indoor architecture repurpose, interior wall decor, etc. One side has far more surface rust than the other which seems consistent with the other side possibly being semi sheltered like on a porch. Would give nice ornate architectural appeal at the front center of a small house porch of any era. This can be painted a rustic finish, premium black, terracotta etc, or left as is a bit rustic. Excellent condition other than the black finish is pitted or chipped in quite a few places, other than surface rust, aren't any rusted thru areas, there is pics of both sides, the side in first pic has the most finish missing, it was most exposed to weather. I saw a picture of a contemporary one with the same construction different pattern design used as a side support for a smaller porch that had steps on the side (as well as the front) and the legs sat on the second step. I saw an exact vintage panel like this for $1,700 except the bottom didn't have legs. Super price, was asking asking $1,500 ~ *Firm Price, if price isn't a fit for you please do not inquire|Meet!* See 7A.M. -7:45 p.m. NW OKC most anytime within 45 mins or so of inquiry. * Please no holds!
