* item looks in great condition. ** I can barely turn the shaft by hand. But when attached to a drill it spins/works. It doesn"t feel broken. Might just be old dried up grease on the inside so this may need to be cleaned and regressed. * Uses 1/4" threaded bits. Please view all my photos.
