Unlocked I'm the only owner bought brand new. I recently replaced the back glass but got generic one...phone and battery and overall performance is still top notch ....except when I dropped and broke back glass phone still worked top notch but after back glass install phone started restarting every 3 min, had panic code so I cut pasted into chat gpt and it told me it was thermal sensor which could mean a bad logic board or I'm thinking it's the charging ribbon on generic back...either way I don't have tools or time to figure it out maybe u can ....phones been factory reset everything on the phone is original other than back glass ...screen great sound great charges fast cameras great. Comes with box but no charger thanks
