2002 edgewater 225 express Made by legendary maker, Dougherty. Bob Dougherty was a pioneer at Boston Whaler, where he developed the "unsinkable" boat concept. He and his son started edgewater and continued thale design but with a smaller price tag. This boat is similar to a boston whaler and does have the famous foam filled "unsinkable" hull Yamaha 200 2-stroke HPDI (High Pressure Direct Injection) Super reliable and runs great. Just hit 900 hours. Had the motor completely gone thru less then 20 hours ago. All filters and oil changed along with impeller. Cowling has also professional been re painted along with all factory decals and looks brand new. Boat has been meticulously cared for. You will not find a boat this clean, this year for this price. New isen glass in the beginning of the year ($1900) all upholsty except in the cabin has all professionally been redone, upholstery in the cabin is still in great shape.
