A water area and built-in sandbox with a lid to keep out debris are under the platform. Recommended for ages 3-10 years Original instructions included Yard anchors included - brand new in package 7 brand new screw covers included In great condition overall. The wood slays that went across the ropes rotted and fell apart over the years. It would be fairly easy to make new ones, or just use rope. Originally paid over $1000.
