I purchased my new sofa and ottoman from V-Dub Furniture’s website without seeing it in-person. The price was amazing, so I was concerned what the quality would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised! The order took about a week to deliver. The delivery guys were amazing and assembled everything perfectly. I’ve had my sofa a few weeks now and am thrilled with the comfort and quality. Would definitely buy from V-Dub again.

Not going to lie I was a bit nervous reading some old reviews but decided to give it a try.  I wasn’t disappointed!  I needed an affordable couch.  I knew I wanted the corduroy look and our space is an odd size.  Went to the location and spoke with Elliot.  Found a couch that looked great and was a great price.  They had to order the color I wanted.  Placed the order on Friday and got the call the following Tuesday that it came in.  Set up a time to deliver the following day.  The young man that delivered it was really nice.  The couch was easy to setup and took us about 20 minutes. The couch was L-shaped and I realized I would like one side longer.  Elliot was able to order a piece from the factory for me.
The couch itself seems solid. I don’t expect it to last 20 years for $700 but we will see how long it lasts with good care.
This was really a great experience for me.  Will totally purchase from them again!

My first time coming here was a very positive experience! I wasn't bombarded by salesmen, or pressured to buy anything. In fact, Elliot gave me major discounts on each item I bought! I needed a couch, table set, and mattress and with the delivery fee and set up, my overall cost was very affordable! I would highly recommend this place!

We were returning customers from 2021 and honestly wish we had never come back.

The first time we ordered furniture from this company, we waited almost 5 months. We decided to give them another chance, and now we’ve been for 2 months for a sofa while being fed one excuse after another.

The biggest disappointment has been the way this was handled by Elliot. Getting a straight answer was nearly impossible. My husband had to physically go into the store just to get a response because calls and messages weren’t getting us anywhere. Every time we were given an update, the story seemed to change.

What makes this so frustrating is that we weren’t difficult customers. We weren’t demanding special treatment. We simply wanted honest communication and realistic expectations. Instead, we spent weeks chasing answers and getting our hopes up over dates that came and went.

At this point, we’re beyond frustrated. Three months of waiting, constant delays, poor communication, and having to hunt down updates ourselves is completely unacceptable. We feel completely let down by a company we had trusted enough to return to.

We will never be back, and we would strongly encourage others to think twice before ordering if they expect communication, reliability, or basic customer service.
