This is an extremely rare Franklin Mint celebration of America large Z scale layout and matching marklin Z scale train set. This beautiful scene was inspired by Norman Rockwell for the Saturday evening post. The Watermill is electric and it has a pump to control running water. Dimensions are approximately 41 by 20 by 9. Only 2500 made. Includes steam locomotive, tender, boxcar, Gondola, refer and caboose. Original price was $1,900. I have the receipt of purchase. Nice condition.
