Triple Door Stainless Steel Smoker

This converted stainless steel triple door cooler was professionally converted/fabricated and used for almost 2years for my food truck. It features 6 heavy stainless steel racks/shelves capable of holding 40lbs of meat each, an off set cast iron fireplace as its "firebox" and can be moved from three different inputs. Using a fireplace allows for dampening of your heat input. It can be piped in on either end or one in the center at the back giving versatility and options for standard smoking or cold smoking for cheeses and fish. Spent over $500 on steel and fabrication alone. Come on casters. Makes it easy to move on hard surfaces. Selling due to buying a tow behind smoker last year so no longer being used. Needs new door seals and a quick cleaning. Very heavy, will need a few people to move it.
