a bill of any denomination is borrowed and signed by owner. the bill is placed in a small envelope, which is placed in a small envelope, which is inserted into a larger envelope and sealed. it is placed in someones pocket or placed in performers purse and left on the table where it remains in full view. performer now reaches in his pocket and brings out his wallet, remarking that the owner of the bill need not worry as he has an insurance policy to protect against any loss. the wallet is left in full view as he now brings out the double sealed envelope supposedly containing the owners money. taking the envelope between his hands he proceeds to tear the envelopes to shreds. he opens the wallet and they see a policy folder, it is handed to the owner of the bill who reaches in the folder and finds a sealed envelope upon tearing it open he brings out his original signed bill
