I’m a first time buyer and decided to come to TCTU bc I had read other reviews and saw that they helped others that were buyers for the first time. Though the process did take a bit to finalize due to the bank asking for different things, Memo was able to walk me through everything every step of the way! Because I kept having to come back several times I was able to really see from the time I spent at this dealership the way they treat their customers. There were people that would come in that bought cars here before either buying a second car or getting repairs done and Memo and his family greeted them like if they were really family! I knew from seeing that, that I had come to the right place! I strongly recommend TCTU to anyone looking for a reliable person or family owned business that you want to take your business to! Oh yeah I almost forgot, I love my truck, which Memo promised to get the back fender liners for (bc they weren’t on) and he really did come through on his promise!
