Squire Lite 8.5

1988 Lance squire light 8.5 cab over camper for a full size short bed pickup. I’ve owned it for over 10 years. 3rd owner. I’m in the process of moving and other projects have taken its place. The fridge, Heater, stove and oven all work. The fridge as you can see in the pictures needs a deep cleaning. The water heater went out however I have a brand new one to take its place just have not had the time to put it in. There is an inside and outside shower, multiple outlets for 12 V and 120 V. The Water pressure is like that of a house. It was upgraded with newer light fixtures and a digital thermostat for the heater. The best part about it is that it comes with the happy Jack electric jacks with a remote. So easy on and off loading. I found the receipt for those the other day and they ran about $1700 back when they were purchased many years ago. The roof is a one piece aluminum and has never leaked until just recently as you can see the damage where there’s some insulation and interior plywood that needs to be replaced. It may however be the side window that is allowing the water to penetrate in that corner. They were re-glazed five or six years ago. They could use another reglaze. Black out custom curtains in the upper sleeping area. The bed above and the dinette cushions all need to be replaced.  for a handy person this could turn out to be a really nice camper to enjoy for many years to come. The frame and structure are all good no weird Bends or cracks. All glass is good and functional. Vents the same. Clean title in hand. First come first serve basis. This ad will be promptly removed once the item sells. Thank you. Update: The trailer is undergoing some repairs as I am allowing a friend to use it for hunting because his wife needs 24 hour watch. The new water heater is in and new roof caps have been installed. So price will be going up as repairs are made. I will do my best to keep ad updated. Thank you.
