I purchased a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for, all the bells and whistles. Findlay provided a full inspection before I drove it off the lot, especially being a used car. After two days, a check engine light went on and Geo, from Honda, instructed us to bring it in. He provided us with a loaner car and had my new car fixed with no questions asked. Not a single dollar out of pocket! Again, It was an older car so I expected some maintenance but never had to worry thanks to the amazing staff at Findlay! James (my original salesman) and Geo who works in the service department) were by far the nicest car guys ever!  From the initial buying process with James to the care of fixing the car, I could not be more happy. Absolute ease! I won’t go anywhere else! That you all!

My service advisor David made my maintenance experience easy. David kept in communication all the way through the work order process. My visit was not just a routine oil change, I had major work done to my Honda Accord Touring Edition. I would recommend David if you have any issues with your Honda. Again ask for David in the service department.

Yet another great experience with Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills! I’m now on my third lease with them and this was another process that was smooth, thanks to Travis and Jason. Initially I was getting emails about offers that were out of my budget so I had other appointments to look elsewhere but Travis reached out to me and was understanding of my situation. He answered all of my questions and was able to help me reach an affordable payment point. He ultimately helped me get into my new CR-V EX and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve purchased SEVERAL Honda’s and have referred a few people to this dealership. Max and Jon are the best. They keep it real with you and they really make you feel like the got you the best deal.
