This is the original high-quality Santa Cruz version (before Thule took over) We absolutely love this tent and are only selling it because our van build is complete, so we no longer need it. Key features: Luxurious king-size mattress — easily sleeps 2 with extra room, or up to 4 snugly. “Sky” edition: the roof unzips so you can stargaze right from bed. The included annex covers the ladder area, adding a spacious, private "bonus room" below. Large windows with zippered mesh screens to keep bugs out while enjoying the breeze. Includes an anti-condensation mat — a must-have for coastal camping. Condition: Lightly used — fewer than 20 nights total. Has always been stored in the garage during the winters and for the past year. The outer cover shows some aging but is watertight and fully functional. Easy to store: stands upright on a cart in the garage. Extras: Comes with mounting hardware for your roof rack.
