Back height: 36.5in Seat height: 17.5in Arm height: 25.5in Seat depth: 23.5in Arm to arm width: approx 7ft Total footprint front to back: approx 39in Tiny slit in one cushion but you can flip the cushion and barely see it. Ottoman has a tuft that needs some attention. See pics Includes tufted ottoman! Measures approximately 30x40 by 15.5 tall Need to be gone today by 12:00 noon!
