This is a Dutchman 1989 rv camper 26ft. 30 AMP. Can get direct plug in or even battery/electric or propane operated appliances. Ac works, lights work, water pumps works. Have clean title in hand! Can sleep 4 people. Bedroom has a full bed and living room a pull out couch bed. Pictures shows the remodel of this rv. Wood floors, white paint, bathroom paint. It is an old camper so it has a bit of soft spots like any old rv. No serious crazy damage, easy to fix. No inside house leaks when it rains.
