Erickson 27 Foot Sailboat

Nice, clean 27 foot Erickson. Has an inboard single cylinder 12 hp yanmar deisel engine that needs a rebuild. Also has an 8 hp outboard Honda that works just fine. I’ve used the outboard for the past 5 years and it does as good a job as the inboard ever did, uses about 1/3 a gallon of gas per hour at full rpm. (A whopping 8 kts) Tiller steering, all manual winches and lines. Has a mainsail, and two genoas, spacious inside. A fore v-berth that sleeps two and the benches in the galley can be converted to sleep two-three more. Fold down table in the galley. Has an rv style head, in its own room. All in all she’s a really nice little boat, and very appropriate for puget sound fun. The exterior wood needs a sand and stain, I didn’t get to it this summer…other than that she’s in good shape. Been moored on the Duwamish for the past 4 years so the hull is in good shape in terms of growth. I got another boat last year so one’s gotta go. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Very open to trades and creative financing ideas. I have a second moorage up at the Everett city marina, you could take that over as well if finding a spot is an issue. It’s about 300 a month, live aboard is allowed there.
