Has around 150hrs on 4k onan generator. 2 tv's, 2 dvd players. New awning in November. 150gal fresh water. 35 gal fuel station. 12.5 ft from back door to first cabinet. Tires & brakes replaced in June of 21. Has 2 spare tires. A/C & heater works. Comes with distribution hitch & bars. Inverter replaced last year. No roof leaks, no soft spots. Im 6ft tall & i can walk under the bed & couch in the back when its up. Registered til June 2026. Led bulbs throughout the inside & porch light.
