I don't know anything about guitars but this appers to have been well taken care of.  . Here are the specs:  The Washburn BT "Maverick" series guitars are all Gibson-scale (24.75"), as opposed to Fender-scale (25.5"). This means that the strings will feel a little looser, bends will be a little easier.
