I have a set of 24 inch rims. Two rims have tires with about 90 % tread life. The other two tires have to be replaced if you want to be riding clean. They just take a little bit of elbow grease to have a like new finish. Meaning a once over with a 0000 brillo, soapy water. They're new all over. When purchased. I spent well over $2,800.00
