Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had.  A few weeks ago, on a Sunday, I inquired about a Nissan GT-R they had just posted for sale.  Much to my surprise, despite them being closed, I received an immediate reply from Sammy and started a conversation in which he patiently answered every one of my questions.

Sammy took the time to send me dozens of additional photos and videos of the car along with the CarFax report.  He also took the time to talk through pricing and financing with full transparency.  He even worked out shipping the vehicle, since I am out of state.  By the time we were finished, I got the car of my dreams and made a new friend.

This dealership really pulled through for me. I had been working on trying to get a new truck for quite some time and had been turned down by multiple other dealerships. Carz Planet got it done with minimal effort. They have a great selection of trucks and I will definitely do business with them again. Nima and Tanner killed it getting me into my new truck. I definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking to get a bad ass truck.

After getting the truck home, I realized that there were a couple of bushings in the front end that needed to be replaced. I gave the dealership a phone call they told me to bring it right back in and they handled it within an hour or two. Customer service is unbelievable with this place. They took care of it with no questions asked. Again, Tanner and Nima took great care of me.Recommend this place to anybody looking for any vehicle.

We live in Prescott Valley AZ and looked at multiple trucks at local dealers ,  selection, pricing and customer service were lacking.  That’s when we found a truck down in Scottsdale, so the texting began with our fabulous salesman Tanner. We drove an hour and a half, and he greeted us immediately. His knowledge of the inventory and his listening skills as to what we were looking for was a 10!  Plus he’s got a bubbly personality. After a couple of test drives in trucks that weren’t exactly what we were looking for Tanner found us a truck on the lot that fit the bill. Their inventory, pricing, and above all customer service and transparency, was shocking. Extremely fair with our trade and their no  haggle pricing was a first.
