Vintage 80's eu size 37 US 6.5 - 7 tradional English wellington green wellies / rain boots! My mom bought these in 1986 England in the markets. They are traditional English wellies or welly boots. Rubber. Has lots of traction on the bottom. Don't think they were ever used or maybe just a few times but doesn't look like it. There's a few marks on the outside (see photos). Wears beautifully though. They are military so they have gone through many moves. My mom gave them to me but l need the next size up sadly. These are the perfect vintage rain boots.
