Some great deals on decent quality cars,I personally have been looking for a vehicle here myself recently but I'm discharged about the price of most of the vehicle inventory. Some are over priced and actually getting a reduction of price is not likely,I just don't understand this concept of sales on all reasons to improve monthly income and overall sales.

I went in there to pay my Mustang, I got it at the west palm location and they had NO problem paying it right there, it’s nice having so many offices around incase you’re out of town like I was

I bought a car with these wanna be dealership people and they “as is” purchased a vehicle from whoever they get their vehicles from without checking how the vehicle runs, if locks work properly, if the trunk opens or not more specifically if the car keys work to open the trunk! As I’m inspecting the car asking if they will get the trunk open and other things fixed before I purchase the vehicle I was promised their mechanic would fix it with an appointment scheduled. Here at my “appointment” two weeks later and the managers telling me the costs to open the trunk is up to me and to contact a lock smith! The manager here is inconsiderate immature and rude! I asked her if they just purchase vehicles without proper inspections or at least making sure the trunk can open and she said they do proper inspections, when asked “so my vehicle you guys didn’t make sure the trunk can open” she responded saying “if that’s what you want to hear” it’s a yes or no question and she literally choked on her own words! “In this case” so not to mention the $1000 I spent on parts for my boyfriend to fix the vehicle with all the issues it had this place is the worse place to even consider purchasing from! The lack of knowledge,  professionalism, maturity and humanity all falls back to the management! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE or regret it after!

Riley is probably the worst employee at this establishment. I don’t understand how a person like her is working front of the line. She needs to be fired immediately. She is a liar and she charged me with a fee that made no sense. All I needed were my items from my vehicle and she wanted to charge me almost $200 without a receipt might I add. FIRE HER!!!! On top of that, she is extremely rude and does not care about customer service. Whoever hired her, needs to re-evaluate her.

My wife and I purchased a used car here first payment we were told went for tax and tags which was $245 we paid $290 and put the rest on car . We drive OTR so payments that have to be money orders and sent snail mail pics were taken of money orders and emailed as instructed.  Tag expired 12/18/25 and almost got impounded last night for expired plate in NJ . Now they want more money for the tags . I read the reviews and thought other people were just talking bad about them,  now we wish we'd listened.  So if you choose this place use caution ⚠️ read all reviews then make your decision
