Wow what an experience!!! When others said no Brandon in sales Brandon the finance director and Juan the sales manager made sure i didn't leave with a vehicle i fell in love with! Im by far excited. Worst post-vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased a vehicle from this store in March that ever since it has been going downhill from there. I was working with David, Mark, and their manager Roger on the purchase which they were helpful during the time but no assistance after that. While purchasing the vehicle, I noticed on the front of the vehicle there were rock chips and a curbed wheel that I asked if they would be able to fix in order for me to purchase the vehicle. David gave me a written confirmation and quote that I signed on that stated that they will fix both of these issues after delivery. Second day of ownership, I had the check engine light come on. I called the dealership to tell them about the issue and tried coming to a solution on getting the vehicle diagnosed and fixing it. The dealership does not have a loan car system, which I understood, so I went in person to speak to Roger the manager after trying to speak to him on the phone for a couple of days but no response from him or being redirected to sales, so I can get an accurate timing of when they can have the part to fix after getting my vehicle diagnosed at an Autonation Mercedes. Instead of having Roger coming to speak to me, they had a sales person come and speak to me to tell me they’ll reach out to me when they have the part available. Its currently July with no call back on either the part needed to fix my vehicle, the rock chips and curbed wheel, and I have yet to receive my registration sticker. Today, I get a call from my previous bank that I had my previous vehicle financed through saying that I have an outstanding amount left on my previous vehicle that should have been payed off by the dealership when I traded in my vehicle and that I am the one that’s supposed to pay it off. I can not help but feel scammed out for buying a new vehicle. Would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone
