In 1902, while on a hunting expedition, a true lover of the great outdoors, then President Roosevelt set a captive black Bear free. When a New York store owner heard the story, he asked the President if he could make a stuffed “Teddy Bear” to sell and he said yes…. The rest of the teddybear story is history☺️ Limited Edition Storybook is 7 reading pages, 5 1/2”X 5”. Teddybear is 12 1/2” high X 14” wide (sitting) X 8” deep. “Press me” button on Bear foot recites the whole story. Just a wonderful collectors piece!
