09 Diesel 31 feet with 54k miles. Doesn't use DEF

No issues, everything works properly. The RV is 31 ft 10 inches. This is Front Engine Diesel. It doesn't take DEF, gets about 12 to 13 mpg. Brand is Damon Corp., Model is Avanti 3106. The mattress/pillows are new. Driver/passenger seat have been reupholster. The brake and generator are due for service. the generator has 170 hours. The awning bracket/hinge broke from wind, I have all piece everything worked beforehand. Some damage on the sofa is seen on one of the pictures, but the rest of the sofa is in good condition. There is no leak or water damage. I have the pink slip. RV is currently non op since 12/25, I dont on intending using this year. It's register in CA. I do have rv inspection from two years ago I can share, little has changed and is accurate to it's current condition If this post is still active, the item is still available, as I will remove the listing as soon as it is sold.
