Water fountain / tower.. water is put in the base, there's a pump to pump the water up the middle, then comes out of the top of the tower, then runs down three sides...electric plug in.. can also be put outside.. bring a couple of people to move it.. and a truck.. it's very very heavy! From base to top measurements are 40 inches high. And the base is 22 inches wide. I will consider any reasonable offer. Let me know if you’d like to come look at it.
