Description

This is is a vintage dresser that we acquired in a home purchase in Vermont. It came from and 1850s house. I’m not sure on the age of this furniture though. 3 drawer cabinet with original beveled mirror. Obviously real wood. Dovetailed drawers. 38” wide 22” deep 33” tall (dresser) With mirror 66” tall It has the maker tag (Merriam, Hall & Co, North Leominster, Mass.) on the back as well as the owners name (Angus Gregory, Orwell Vermont). It is also stamped #704 White Enamel, so I think this has always been a painted piece. We had plans of someday cleaning and repainting but never got around to it. It’s in very good shape for (probably) a hundred years old.
