Came to this dealer late, around 7PM interested in a handful of cars that I saw online, looking to eventually purchase one for my teenager daughter for High School & College. Despite being the end of the day and the sales agents looking towards the end of their shifts, they welcomed us and asked the right questions so they could help me the best. I told them I already glanced online for a few options we already liked, so he offered to start with that selection. First car not too impressed due to some car paint details. Second option appeared to be a perfect fit. 2022 Audi Q3, 19K miles on manufacturers warranty still (rare for a used car that usually run between 35K-55K miles for that year models). Even though there were other options on the list the agent advised that this was a great option die to mileage, warranty and price and that unlikely my other options would beat that. They ran our credit and approved us for the purchase fairly quickly, another 60-90 min and we were walking out with a new looking car with low mileage, clean carfax, warranty, no prepayment penalty, a fair deal in APR and even registration and plates! The relaxed attention (not pushy at any moment), the effectiveness on hitting all the aspects of financing and the transparency at the time of signing, cutting all the selling bullshit was the best of our experience. We thank very much Eber, salesman, Yoandris, financing specialist and Alejandro Vega, manager. Highly recommended!!

This is outrageous! An official RAM dealer is deceiving customers!

Look at my photos. The dealer claimed that the oil and filters were changed just 2 miles ago. I brought the vehicle to another official dealer and personally witnessed them removing filters that clearly hadn’t been changed in over 30,000 miles!

This company is fraudulent.
Perhaps there are still honest people working there — I truly hope someone reaches out to me and tries to make this right.

But for now, it’s just 1 star — only because zero isn’t an option.
