Brand new ladder never used. Bought it off of Amazon for one of my guys at work and I don't like the way it works because it's awkward to open and close. However, it does work and turns from an A-frame into a telescoping extension. So should be okay for someone around the house but not for my work. Paid a hundred bucks for it. Take it for $50.
