Listen to the reviews it’s true they are thieves. Bought a car from them in December put $2500 down on it immediately when I drove the car off the lot it was acting up on me was making a funny noise. Payment’s that I made were put in incorrectly and then they would say I was behind when I was literally paying every week!!! The will say they will work with you only to have your car towed and if he decides to give you your car back you have to pay the repossession fee of $600. You can make arrangements and they lie and will still take your car even though it’s illegal for them to do so. I know for a fact I wasn’t behind and if so I tried to clear my account and he refused to take the payment and closed the account. Then tells me he decided he wasn’t giving me my car back and he’s sending it to an auction. Which is a lie because now they’re trying to resale the car on the lot!!! Do not by a car from here. You will regret doing so.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! They are crooks, liars, scam artist. They will lie in your face, and never do anything they say they will.

ESPECIALLY don’t buy the CHRYSLER PACIFICA on the website right now. That was mine that I sent back. I put a lot down so I could pat off in 2 years. Bad motor, leaks oil, bad transmission, leaks transmission fluid, been in a severe wreck, airbags deployed, they LITERALLY used black zip ties to put it back together. The check engine light was on THE ENTIRE TIME I OWNED IT.  The windshield washer reservoir keeps breaking,  they order parts from overseas that take months to come in because they are so cheap,  backup camera works about 20% of the time, thermostat issues so they just removed it to avoid fixing it, cargo area has been torn apart, all the clips are missing.

I informed them off the problems 5 minutes after purchase, promised to fix everything, but kept putting me off by not answering the phone, not being in the office, etc, until it had been months. Finally told me they couldn’t fix it, sent me to “their guy” , he stole $700 from me and then closed his shop. After 5 months of back and forth and lies, it overheated, and I sent it back. THEN they want to send me this message. lol, laughable.

Oh, and also, your tag, tax, title is NOT included in the sale. They made me pay $400 CASH ONLY to get my tag. Yeah, that’s not sketchy at all.

Don’t buy from them, read the reviews and believe them!!!

Do NOT do business with them!! Absolutely horrible. Full of liars and thieves. We were interested in buying a car, and Jonathan had us put down a REFUNDABLE deposit to hold our spot with the car. Initially he wanted $500, but we ended up putting down $100. When we returned the next day, things out of our control with the bank forced us to not go through with the purchase. Since then, we had spent a WEEK trying to get our deposit back, only to be told today in person, that the owner said they don't do refunds and that it is out of Jonathan's hands. Absolutely horrible. I knew car salesmen were slimy, but not that they were straight up thieves. Definitely disputing with the bank.
