Wheel horse 312-8 tractor loader Kwik Way

Up for sale is my Wheel horse 312-8 riding tractor with kwik-way loader attachment. Awesome little machine which is a workhorse. Now they are very much collectible. The tractor is rare, forget about finding a loader as well in operating condition! As with any older machine there is signs of use, wear and tear but is fully operational. I have had this for about 7 years and use it occasionally around the yard for projects. I have a larger machine so I don't use it often. I could use the room. So here it is up for grabs.  12 HP Kohler, hi/lo trans with reverse. Starts runs drives good. Tires are calcium filled, I also have a set with tire chains. Even better yet I have the dual wheel adapter hit for this tractor so you can have 4 wheels on the back and excellent stability. I took them off so it will take up less space and fit on a smaller trailer. The kwik-way loader can lift enough to surprise you, you will lift the back up of the tractor up before you hit its maximum. It has up and down pressure along with a float option that works excellent for grading and leveling. See the pics, it has plenty of down pressure to lift the front of the loader with both the bucket and loader arms alone. If you are looking at this item, you know what it is worth so...
