Description

90” live edge slab monkey pod table that’s been finished with a hard wax hand rubbed oil called Rubio Monocoat. I took the time to make this right. It has three heavy duty c channels inlaid underneath to prevent warping/cupping. Has machined inserts that allows the wood to expand and contract and easy removal of the tabletop. I inlaid three custom butterflies as a decorative/structural stabilizer for the natural crack in the wood. Finished with two layers of Rubio Monocoat, a hard wax finish that gives superior protection to moisture and scratches and gives a high end hand rubbed shine.
