In great condition! Only had 2 owners including me (smoke free, pet free homes for both, couch cover used at all times). Not sure where it was purchased originally. The legs are walnut and the cushions have zippers so you can clean/wash if needed. Price includes the 3 seater, ottoman, and chair. I am located on the first floor for easy removal. Pick up in Palatine. THERE ARE 2 SMALL FLAWS, please see photos (pen mark and wood scratch from previous owners) - 3 Seater measures 90 length, 30 depth, 26 height to arm rest - Ottoman measures 25 length, 23 depth, 17 height - Chair measures 34 depth, 27.5 length, 25 height PRICE IS FIRM.
