WARNING. I bought a used car from Brother Motors just one week ago, and it has already broken down multiple times. It is currently at a mechanic who noted it has $4,000 worth of repairs needed. I am extremely disappointed. I expected honesty and reliability, but instead, I got poor quality and zero customer support. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, be very careful before doing business here. The quality of the vehicles they are selling is highly questionable.

Beware of these guys. They talk a good talk when your in their office and even casually blurted out to us that the DMV just investigated them. We brushed it off ...because they say that everything checked out with a Smog that they just did ...and even presents a Carfax report with zero problems. Then we drove off with the vehicle only for the check engine light to come on same day. They do a micky mouse repair and sent us off again only for the whole car to lose power in the street. We called them again and they email us basically saying you knew your buying a used car and that they are not responsible anymore and your on your own now, its our problem... Now were stuck with a lemon that came out of a car auction is where most or all they get these cars from and most likely do fake smogs which explains why they got investigated by the DMV. This has never happened to us and now were stuck with all this problems. They completely went from caring here to help, to oh well thats your problem now guys from one day to the next. And they reply to everyones bad reviews on here trying to act all caring so they look good to new potential buyers. I wish we saw these review prior to buying. Thats where we actually went wrong and not asking them to unwedge the vehicle from being boxed in, so we can actually test drive this lemon. Hopefully other people looking to buy take time to read these review and run away from coming to this place for business. thier response to us was quote :  "As stated in our sales policy, all vehicles are sold AS IS"  .. So basically contact the Warranty dont bother us anymore. Theres nothing to misunderstand there.
