3 seater modern leather sofa Real leather, chocolate brown 77 long, 32 deep, 36 high Seat back height (seat cushion to top of seat back) 27 Seat cushion depth 21 Floor to seat cushion 16 High back with lumbar support (most modern sofas have very low seat back, which requires lots of pillows for support) Firm and comfortable at the same time (many modern sofas look minimalist, but are not the most comfortable, this one is both!) Bought from Kasala, very well built Close to excellent condition No noticeable scratches Only one small spot of noticeable wear on arm rest (see photo) Kept very clean No kids, no smoke, no pets Only selling because I’m doing a color change from brown to black
