Description
This is a used Mandelbox Almond Roaster and it comes with almost everything to start selling “Cinnamon Almonds”. The roaster comes with a propane wrench, an unopened box of paper nut cones, extra paddles for the machine, & banner signs. I’ve used this machine for about 8 years without any issue; vending cinnamon roasted nuts at festivals and special events. New machines run around 9k. Few nut roasters can match the batch output of these durable machines. The Hutterer "Mandelbox" Almond Roaster was the first almond roaster in the world. It was introduced at the 1954 Oktoberfest in Munich. Today, it is still the finest quality, best selling almond roasting machine in the world. The Mandelbox, stands about three feet tall and is relatively small. It is made in Germany by Hutterer and Sohn. The roaster has a copper kettle mounted on a shaft with a motor that rotates the kettle. A robotic arm is mounted on the side of the kettle. Three paddles rotate and agitate the nuts while the kettle is spinning. The electricity used is 110 volt 8 amp that powers the stirring arm mechanism and the revolving copper kettle. The nuts are heated by a propane flame that burns very clean. It is said they taste better than those roasted with electric current. This is the finest quality, most dependable, best selling almond roaster in the world.
