Includes full-size bed with storage and dresser with mirror. In great shape, except 1 dresser droor keeps going off track. (Maybe tighten or new slider part?) Also have the comforter, sheets, pillows,curtains pictures, and a nice full-size mattress for 75 00 more. (The comforter and sheets are a queen but seem to fit decent) we have had this in the spare room with little use
