Had a last minute need for a car. Being desperate is usually a terrible time to look for a car.
But I never felt like NorthEnd was taking advantage of me in any way.
I want to specifically commend O'Neill, Dave, Jamie and Tal for making it as relaxing and easy as buying a car can be.
The staff worked with me to make sure I had an affordable vehicle and affordable credit terms. They were more than fair with the value of the junk I was trading in.
I'm not a patient person when it comes to car shopping. Dave, especially dealt expertly with my anxiety about getting everything done.
Due to credit issues, I've mostly had to get used cars. NorthEnd's cars are not typical used cars. They're much more like new cars. They've got a great inventory. I ended up with a 2024 Altima and this is the first used car I bought that I didn't worry might stop working in the middle of the road.
I recommend NorthEnd wholeheartedly.
