I’ve flown the DJI Avata 2 a handful of times (3-4 flights), and so far it’s been a thoroughly positive experience. The drone is in pristine condition — no dings, scratches, or functional issues — and performs flawlessly every time. From a flying perspective, it’s incredibly responsive. The handling is tight and intuitive, even in tighter spaces or during more complex maneuvers. The stabilization is excellent, yielding very smooth footage that holds up well, even when flying in challenging conditions. Battery life has been solid for the typical flights I’m doing (though not miraculous), and the system seems well-balanced between power, weight, and flight duration. The camera quality is impressive — sharp, vibrant, and consistent. Overall, the DJI Avata 2 strikes a great balance between performance, reliability, and ease of use. If you’re looking for a capable cinewhoop-style drone, this one definitely delivers.
