An excellent dealership. Customer service is top notch. Special shout out to Kaiden. I went to look at a used car I saw listed on their website. It wasn’t exactly what I had hoped but they went above and beyond to find me something that I liked. Even went as far as to bring a vehicle from a highland park dealer so that I could test drive it. I walked out happy with a good car. Their service department is also excellent. Thank you Mark. Also would like to thank Chris the manager who was able to get the deal closed. OLD MANAGEMENT:
When I bought my used vehicle from them, the check engine light came on as I left the lot. Over the next 4 visits, they put in used, faulty parts and finally new parts which worked. They said they would fill it up in return for me having to drive out. They forgot and filled it 3/4 way, and I am pretty sure the guy smoked a cigarette in my car.

Find out my car isn't working again and a different dealer said they installed the parts backwards.

NEW MANAGEMENT:
I returned to Gregory Mitsubishi, who got BRAND NEW management and service workers, and they fixed everything!

They gave me a maintenance plan, new battery, and helped reduce service prices by a ton!

They seem reputable now. I like the effort they put into each transaction, and I feel their new management and employment will get them more trust and greater business in the future. Need work done? Go to George and his crew!

I'm very pleased with the service I've received, from the initial purchase to recent oil changes and other services. Mark has been consistently helpful, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient service.

I was very excited to walk into this dealership purchase my first car!  Including taxes and fees I paid around 25K. The car didn’t even have 39k miles at time of purchase. I purchase a 2019 Subaru Ascent on 12/7 by 2/28 the trans had a leak and was out.

I called them for assistance because I just bought the car the office manager of sales was rude and said the lemon rule  does not apply to use cars! Which in our state is correct but point is for 25K the car should have lasted more the 75 days.

I was told they would call back the general manager was on vacation. I have not heard back. Please don’t purchase a used car from this facility. They do not know about other cars and will sell you anything.  Great service when spending your money but terrible follow up. I just both the car it’s in the shop with 5k worth of work already.

THE GOOD: A fair deal on my trade in came together quickly, they worked to get a better than expected buyout quote for my lease. THE BAD: They use a "composite" credit scoring model, so your best FICO won't be considered. This will cost you money. For me it played a role in being rejected for financing entirely since I won't ask my wife to cosign. It would have been nice if Kris, the manager I was working with, could have picked up the phone to let me know. Instead a different salesman texted me, obviously unaware of what had happened, to ask if I was still interested in the car. Yes, a lack of professionalism can lead to awkward moments. But its also offensive. As a result, myself, my wife, and four adult children will be avoiding Gregory (all of them) going forward. Why lose one customer when you can lose six all at the same time?
